Damon O'Donahoo
Director
Damon heads up the Project Delivery and Superintendency arm of our business. He is equipped with over 17 years’ experience in the management of building and development projects from site acquisition through to completion of construction and handover.
Lee Whatmore
Director
Lee heads up the Quantity Surveying and Cost Management arm of Ripple Group. He attained a Bachelor of Science (Quantity Surveying) degree from the University of Kwazulu-Natal in 1997 and is both a Chartered and Certified Quantity Surveyor (MRICS, MAIQS, CQS) that has built a reputation assisting blue chip clients and government organisations deliver successful projects throughout the entire life-cycle in South Africa, the UK and Australia over a 26 plus year career.
Casey McGrath
Associate Director
Casey is a passionate, results-oriented leader, with extensive experience in finance, strategy, and operational management across multiple industries. An analytical mind allows her to see the ‘big picture’, pre-empting and mitigating challenges when managing projects or implementing new processes, software, and systems. Casey is known for her stakeholder management and influence, team leading and vendor management in complex environments.
Gerard McGuigan
Associate director
Gerard is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS). He has more than 21 years of experience and is well-versed in providing costing, procuring/tendering, evaluating tenders/bids, delivering post-contact QS Services, cost control, risk management and negotiating government and private construction projects in both the United Kingdom and in Australia. He has worked on a wide range of projects within different construction industry sectors, including civic, justice, corrective services, defence, residential, commercial, infrastructure, rail, transportation, airports, education and health projects all ranging from $500k-$7B in project value. He is experienced in both the technical and delivery of construction projects together with preparing business cases/project validation assessments for government departments.
Chun Wu
Associate
Chun is an experienced construction professional with considerable history in quantity surveying with Tier 1 multi-national organisations down to smaller privately owned companies. He has almost three decades of post-graduate experience in delivering construction projects in Hong Kong and in Australia, that focusses on providing estimating, cost planning, cost control, and contract administration services to clients. He has worked on a wide range of projects within different sectors of the construction industry, including defence, health, education, hotels, residential, commercial, and infrastructure.
Nigel Lunar
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Nigel is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with qualifications in both Civil Engineering and Project Management. He has more than 12 years of post-graduate experience in delivering construction projects in the Philippines and in Australia, that focusses on providing estimating, cost planning, cost control, and contract administration services to clients. He has worked on a wide range of projects within different sectors of the construction industry, including residential, commercial, infrastructure, defence, education, and health projects ranging from $500k-$250M in project value. Having a Civil Engineering and Project Management background, he is well versed in both the technical and delivery aspects of construction projects.
Leanda Willshire
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Leanda has extensive hands on experience in the Project Management, Project Risk Assurance and Change Management disciplines. Predominantly working within the Finance and Professional Services sectors with a focus on assessing and mitigating project risks across the entire risk spectrum.
Chris Spencer

Chris has worked in a number of roles in the construction industry since graduating in the mid 1980’s. Chris specialises in Property Advisory services and brings to the team a wealth of experience in Tax Depreciation, Sinking Funds, Asset Registers and Valuations, Tax Write-offs and CAPEX reports.
